This page describes what our briefing form collects, where that information goes, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
The briefing form on this site (see /contact) asks for five fields: your name, work email, organization, role, and priority market or project. We do not ask for and do not want sensitive or project-specific information — site addresses, interconnection queue numbers, permit filings, or anything similar. If a submission includes information like that, we use it only to follow up on the briefing request.
Where it goes
A submission is handled in a fixed order. First, it is written as a line of JSON to a durable log file on our server, which is the permanent record of the request. Second, we send it by email to our team through our own in-house mail server — we do not use a third-party email vendor. Third, we send a short internal alert to our operations team over Telegram so a member of the team knows to follow up. The email and Telegram steps are best-effort: if either fails, the durable record already made in the first step means your request is not lost.
Retention and your choices
We keep a submitted briefing request for as long as needed to respond to it and to keep an internal record that the request was made. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for their own marketing. If you would like your submission removed, contact us through the briefing form on /contact, using the work email you originally submitted, and we will act on the request.
